This beautiful row house is located in the NE DC neighborhood of Eckington. Architectural features include original hardwood floors, original wood work, high ceilings and large windows. The first level has a traditional floor plan with separate living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has been updated and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The second level features three nicely sized bedrooms and one full bath. The lower level of the home is partially finished and would work nicely for additional living space, and/or storage. Laundry and an additional full bathroom are also located on this level. Exterior features include a front porch, a rear porch, and a rear patio.

This property is located just off Rhode Island Avenue and is within easy access to public transportation via the metro bus lines and/or the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station.

There is a $50 application fee per application. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The minimum lease term is for one year. The security deposit is equal to one full month’s rent. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, which include gas, water and electricity. Tenants are responsible for landscaping and snow removal. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 would apply. Smoking is not permitted.
