Today’s Rental was chosen for the windows and private rooftop, obviously

This rental is located at 2303 14th St NW. The Craigslist ad says:

“$4296 / 2br – 1450ft2 – 2B2B&Den 14th St Penthouse w/beautiful outdoor terrace, monument views (14th St. / Cardozo)

Penthouse apartment coming available March 18th at 2303 14th St NW. It’s a 2B2B with floor to ceiling windows, and a loft/den on the second level, perfect for a large office. The den goes right out to a private rooftop deck with views of the Washington Monument and stellar sunsets. W/D in unit. The building’s rooftop is also connected through a gate, making it easy to access the community grills.

The building itself has a large gym with separate yoga studio/Pelotons/treadmills/rowing machine/stair master/ numerous weight machines, large community lounge rooms, 24Hr concierge, and parking you can add on. It also has a Parcel Pending system. Also pet friendly and one block from Malcolm X/Meridian Hill Park. Right across from top dining spots (Maydan, Rooster and Owl, Seven Reasons, Compass Rose) and nightlife (U St scene, Franklin Hall).

The rent should be around the listed price on the post though it could vary and the building is offering the specials for first time rentals in the community:
“Save $1500 off rent! Applies to first full month’s rent only. Save 100% off 1 parking space for 3 months. Move in by 03/31/2024. *Restrictions apply.”

As a current tenant, I can vouch that the concierge staff are an absolute dream, incredibly kind, welcoming, and make you feel like home. So are the maintenance and custodial team. Wonderful people!

I know a lucky tenant or tenants will love this home as much as I have!”

We’re about a month out from summer. That means you’ve still got time for spring cleaning!

Lexi Grant, an operations manager at Well-Paid Maids, shared her go-to spring cleaning tips with WTOP News. Step one? Declutter. Get rid of items you don’t use, find space for items that need a home and organize those areas.

Then, it’s time to dust. Lexi starts with high-touch surface areas (think: refrigerator, dishwasher, counters, microwave). One area she sees often neglected is the bedroom — and it makes sense. Heavy furniture is difficult to move around, but it’s important to really get in there so dust doesn’t affect your sleep.
