“Dear PoPville,
I live across the street from the Signal House office building over in Union Market. The majority of the annoyingly loud, early morning construction seems finished, but now the lights in the offices (the fluorescent blinding lights) are on literally 24/7.
They are so bright and shine directly into my apartment at all hours of the day. It drives my husband and I crazy. It also seems like a blatant and huge waste of energy.
I don’t know who or how to complain. Any ideas?
It’s 4:50 am on Saturday and this is what I see. Pictures don’t do justice to just how obnoxiously bright it is.”
