I am hoping the community might be able to help with a question. Our apartment building has a significant bed bug outbreak that has spread to multiple units on different floors. It is leading the building to ask residents to take (understandably) drastic measures while treatment occurs. However,
the building refuses to provide any sort of rent considerations, even though this has been going on for months. The building also continues to intake new residents, presumably without telling them about the issue. Are there any readers who have experienced this issue before, and has anyone gotten any type of compensation from their management company?”
