“A Heartfelt Farewell to DC Harvest.
To Our Valued Community in Washington, D.C.,
It is with mixed emotions and a heavy heart that we announce the closure of our beloved farm-to-table restaurant, DC Harvest. We write this letter to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible journey we have shared with you, the wonderful people of Washington, D.C.
Over the years, DC Harvest has been more than just a restaurant; it has been a place where culinary passion met community warmth. We are immensely proud to have served you fresh, locally-sourced dishes and to have been part of the vibrant fabric of this city.
The decision to close our doors was not an easy one, and it comes with a sense of sadness. However, we want to take this opportunity to express our profound appreciation for the love and support you have shown us throughout the years. Your patronage has been the driving force behind every plate we served and every memory we created.
To our dedicated staff, who poured their creativity and dedication into every dish, and to the farmers and suppliers who provided us with the freshest ingredients, we extend our heartfelt thanks. DC Harvest would not have been the same without your unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
As we bid farewell, we carry with us the memories of laughter, celebrations, and the joy that filled our dining rooms. While this chapter is closing, we are grateful for the friendships and connections we have forged, and we hope to carry a piece of DC Harvest’s spirit with us in the years to come.
Please join us for our closing week celebrations. Our last day of operation will be Saturday Brunch, December 16th. Additionally, we invite you to our sensational Holiday sale on Sunday December 17th, from 2 – 4 pm. Details will be shared on our social media channels and website.
Thank you, Washington, D.C., for being a part of our journey. Your support has meant the world to us.
With gratitude and warm regards,
Chef Arthur Ringel, DC Harvest”
