How to avoid a Stop Sign Camera ticket [Spoiler, come to a complete stop!]

“Dear PoPville,

There is a new stop sign camera for ticketing at 13th and Randolph if you are stopping on the north side heading south or turning left or right- I just watched 3 cars get their photos taken and the takeaway is:

1. Must be fully stopped
2. Must come to that full and complete stop BEFORE the crosswalk.
3. I watched 2 people think they stopped but the camera (and quite frankly me too) did not think their California roll was a stop. So come to a complete stop BEFORE the crosswalk
