“At the end of last month, we finished installing new barrier doors and higher fencing at 10 stations, part of our fare system modernization program. We’ve seen at least a 70% reduction in fare evasion at those stations.

We’re aiming to complete installation at the next 10 stations by November.

Update: The number of stations is TBD. More stations starting early October, and we’ll focus on our major transfer stations with multiple entrances.”
