“We need help in #MtPleasant. The @7eleven is a haven for crime and harassment in particular. The street is scary at night, & we presume vandalism and robbery is inevitable (again. and again.). Just now we had a very uncomfortable interaction with one of the usuals. Help.
We’ve been communicating with & via business neighbors for months. The theme we’ve heard seems to be there’s a lack of resources, a revolving door court system, drug problems are hard to address, & solutions take time. We haven’t seen any real progress.”
