“1D is currently investigating a shooting that occurred in the 800 block of 10th St NE at approximately 1124 hours.
Tentatively, the suspect is described as a black male, wearing a gray hooded jacket/sweatshirt and blue jeans. He was last seen fleeing on foot southbound on 10th Street NE toward H Street NE.
