The blue car [Maryland license plate] that hit the white one has $12,300 in fines since 4/2022. The car is stuck there bc it’s axle broke.
A kind neighbor took photos for the owner (of the white car) who was out of town. One thing a neighbor pointed out is that we don’t know if the fines were from parking tickets or moving violations. Happened Friday on 8th St NE. Thankfully no one was hurt!
Wondering if driver will now have to deal with tickets or face even harsher penalties?”
