A reader reports:
“Shooting at corner of 11th and T st around 1:50-2 pm today, 23 labeled casings on the ground when I went out to look (the yellow tents are the cops casing labels).
Right across the street from a lot of construction workers working on the replacement pipes project at the same time, so crazy for that many shots during broad daylight”

“Alert: Shooting Investigation at 11th/T St, NW. Lookout is for a gold Mercedes SUV last seen in the 1800 block of 11th St, NW.”

Update from MPD:
“The Third District is investigating a shooting at 11th and T Street, NW. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the hand. The victim went to a local hospital to treat his non-life threatening injuries. Anyone with information that may assist is asked to contact 202-727-9099.”
