I have had issues getting into contact with the DC Board of Nursing. I, as well as my college, have reached out to the general phone number and sent multiple emails with no communication from the department. Furthermore, I have reached out to the specific reviewer that they said is assigned to my case and I get automatically forwarded to a voicemail and, despite having left voicemails, receive no response and receive no response from them when directly emailing them.
At this point, the test dates are filling up and I’m not able to test until the department clears my license and I’m not sure what is causing the delay and complete lack of communication. Is there any way you can help?”
