On May 11th a tipster let us know about a Foxtrot possibly coming to the old Philz Coffee space in Adams Morgan. Looks like that is a go with a new liquor license placard:
New Retailer’s Class “C” Restaurant located inside of a Full-Service Grocery Store. Seating Capacity of 18, Total Occupancy Load of 52, and a Sidewalk Café with 43 Seats. The Licensee is also requesting the Alcohol-Carry Out and Delivery Endorsement.”
Earlier this week we also posted about progress at the Foxtrot coming to the old Barrel Liquor store space in Logan.
