A car traveling in westbound lanes of RI Ave, jumped the curb full speed into circle, plowed thru a row of benches and iron fences, leaving a debris field, before hitting that tree, scraping off bark, and spinning around to face 180 degrees. Good thing no one was sitting in those benches or walking their dogs.
The woman walked was pulled out of vehicle. She was barefoot and taken away by police /paramedics.”
