1825 18th Street, NW upstairs from Bar Charley

Update: Hours are

Thursday- Friday: 9-4
Saturday- Sunday: 11-4

PLNTR’s website says:

“PLNTR is a plant boutique and interior plant design company, founded by husband and wife team, James Beach and Caitlin Tuttle, in 2020.

After beginning our journey as online and pop-up based operation, we have now opened our doors in the Dupont/Adam’s Morgan area! In addition to a vast array of houseplants, you can find all the tools a successful plant parent needs, in addition to locally made home goods and more! Our space also hosts classes and workshops and is available for event rentals!

Additionally, PLNTR designs, installs and maintains live and artificial plants for residential and commercial clients. From one to a thousand plants, our background in commercial projects allows your design to take shine, accenting with greenery hand-selected to thrive in your space.

At PLNTR, we are many things: gardeners, consultants, designers, but most importantly, we’re advocates for local. PLNTR’s ethos – Plants for the People – is built around connecting the local community. We take pride in sourcing from local ceramicists, flower farmers, artists and more. Our aim to not only provide you with beautiful, unique plants, but to help foster confidence in your plant parenthood.”

Finding a gift for moms can be difficult. Google “Mother’s Day gifts,” and you’ll scroll through endless lists of beauty products, candles and fuzzy robes. Sure, those are sweet, but sometimes it’s fun to surprise loved ones with something a little more, well, practical!

Here’s one idea: Give her a gift certificate for a home cleaning from Well-Paid Maids. It’s the perfect “thank you,” “I love you” or “you’ve got this” for any mom. She can schedule the home cleaning at her convenience and breathe easy knowing she has one less thing to do.

Our cleaners will take care of everything, including vacuuming and mopping as well as cleaning and dusting countertops, tables, mirrors, appliances and more. Sinks, toilets, showers and appliance exteriors also get a good scrub.
