“Fourth District Members are currently investigating an Armed Carjacking in the 3700 block of 9th Street, NW.
Taken was a gray 2012 Kia Forte, bearing VA tag TSC6772. The suspect is a B/M, wearing a black ski mask, black jacket, dark pants, and armed with a handgun.
