I happened to know one of the two women, Claire, and I hoped you would consider posting her GoFundMe to help support her recovery. She is dealing with several injuries as a result of one bullet entering and exiting her body several times while she was riding in an Uber with a friend. As senseless as the violence in this city (and country) can be, I firmly believe in the DC community’s ability to uplift and support one another.
