“The Board has recently been notified that there has been a lot of noise coming from your unit (article reference enclosed). The noise is most loud after work hours during the week and all day through the weekends. Additionally, the noise is most concentrated in the living room & bedroom zones of your unit. If you could please try and keep down the noise it would be much appreciated. If the Board continues to receive further complaints we may have to explore other options. Thanks.
Article IX – Restrictions on Use, Sections 9.5 (Noise) and 9.6 (Nuisance) are the relevant provisions.
