6:21pm Shooting on Kennedy Street last night

Ed. Note: This follows an earlier shooting yesterday morning in Brightwood Park around 11:30am at Georgia and Kennedy.

From MPD:

“On 12/13/22 at approximately 1821 hours, Fourth District members responded to a shooting in the 600 block of Kennedy Street, NW. Upon arrival they located an adult male victim who was suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
