“Dear PoPville,
Was walking by the old Kaza Grocery & Cigar place on 14th and there were two guys outside discussing it so I stopped and asked them what was coming there. They said a lounge upstairs but they were still deciding for downstairs. They asked me if I would want a smoke shop or grocery store?
I said no. I advocated for a Cafe or a Sandwich shop since compliments had closed their 14th street location and there was no where else to get sandwiches. They seem to be looking for ideas and were interested in what people wanted.”
