“Dear PoPville,
I moved to the Adams Morgan / Columbia Heights area in DC last year. Generally, we are pretty happy to be in DC, but one of my family members has a strong fear of dogs after having been bitten twice.
Is there a neighborhood of DC that people would suggest moving to that may be better about dog culture for non-dog owners (meaning, dogs not so regularly off-leash in green space nearby, dog owners generally keep dogs on leash / in their yard, poop not a thing so much).
Would be ideal if still walkable / has a lot of trees as well.
