I am one of the many unfortunate people who live near the 16th St bridge and have been dealing with the constant construction noise (and terrible traffic) during the day. But now they are working way after hours.
On the 10th they worked until at least midnight and tonight it sounds like someone is mowing the lawn in my apartment. Do readers know if there is any formal process that can change this? My apartment now feels unlivable – closed windows, noise machine, and noise cancelling headphones aren’t cutting it!“
