Speaking of Halloween, where do people like to donate blood?

I’m not a fan of scheduling an appointment as my ability to give depends on unpredictable job demands and other life demands as well as the weather (I bike). Would prefer to drop in and if there is a wait, just come back another time. Prefer NE DC or Silver Spring area. Don’t seem to come across as many blood drives as I used to, and that was my preferred method. Where do people recommend?”
