“Dear PoPville,
Has anyone else not had success getting their bulk trash picked up? Twice now 311 has said the item was “not found” but the item is exactly where it’s supposed to be for the pickup and its location was reiterated in the request.
On the most recent request, I am fairly confident the pickup truck never came by since I work from home right by the front window.
It’s ok if they can’t come the day they say they are going to but why lie?
