Can Opal, a “Coastal American Restaurant”, stop the bleeding at this location? The space is the former home to La Siesta “Mexican Food So Cal Style” and Capital Crab & Seafood Co and before them the longtime home to Arucola.
Since Nina May is pretty great, I’m cautiously optimistic.
