This top-floor unit has awesome eastern exposure and huge windows for great natural light! This studio has an amazing floor plan with hardwood floors throughout that allows for several distinct living spaces within the apartment. Excellent storage options: one large walk in closet and dressing area and a nicely sized coat closet at the entrance to the apartment. All closet shelving is adjustable to suit your specific needs.

Studio living does not require you to sacrifice a chef’s kitchen; our studios have the same kitchen as our one and two bedrooms. This apartment received a full renovation in 2013 including custom kitchen cabinetry with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (30″ gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker). Immediately off of the kitchen is a perfect dining space separated from your living room. Don’t eat at your dining table often? Use the dining space a perfect home office or separate sitting area.

Garage parking is available for $175 to $185/month, while assigned outdoor parking is $150/month. Additional storage space is also available for a fee.

The Delano is a great example of old world Art Deco style and is featured in James Goode’s “Best Addresses” publication. Enjoy the comforts of living in a professionally managed building with a building manager and maintenance staff on-site along with a front desk attendant. Free amenities include a fitness room, roof top deck, and indoor bike storage.

Please note, we are a pet-free community and transitioning to a non-smoking community.

We’re about a month out from summer. That means you’ve still got time for spring cleaning!

Lexi Grant, an operations manager at Well-Paid Maids, shared her go-to spring cleaning tips with WTOP News. Step one? Declutter. Get rid of items you don’t use, find space for items that need a home and organize those areas.

Then, it’s time to dust. Lexi starts with high-touch surface areas (think: refrigerator, dishwasher, counters, microwave). One area she sees often neglected is the bedroom — and it makes sense. Heavy furniture is difficult to move around, but it’s important to really get in there so dust doesn’t affect your sleep.
