This cozy one-bedroom and one-bathroom unit is located on the second level of the beautiful El Dorado condominium building. Features include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a glass-enclosed shower. The unit offers central heating and cooling, and laundry is shared within the building.

The El Dorado is located in bustling Columbia Heights just about 4 blocks from the Metro station. Centered around the metro station are a wealth of restaurants and retail stores. Giant, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and Target are all within 5 blocks. Don’t forget about the very hip 11th Street restaurant scene just a few blocks away. It is a neighborhood destination. The El Dorado offers two private parking spaces and a bike room. 24-hour camera surveillance and a fob-access offer great security.

There is a $50 application fee per applicant. The minimum credit score for requirement for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The minimum lease term is for one year. The tenant is responsible for electricity and any cable/internet service (if desired). Tenant responsible for $250 condo moving fee. Smoking is not permitted.

This rental unit is professionally managed by Scout Properties, DC’s trustworthy property management firm, located in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC. Scout Properties follows Equal Opportunity Housing guidelines, and Federal/ DC laws, which includes voucher assistance and “source of income” protected classes.”
