“The establishment will be a tavern serving creative Afro fare. Total Occupancy Load of 184 with seating for 174, to include two Summer Garden with a total of 40 seats.
The 2nd floor Summer Garden will seat 30, and the 3rd Floor Summer Garden will seat 10. The licensee is requesting an Entertainment Endorsement with Dancing to provide live entertainment inside the premises and outside in the Summer Gardens.”
