About this event

L&F’s Blagden Alley patio is getting a glow up for the 2022 season and we want to celebrate with you! Join us on Wednesday, April 27th from 6-9pm on the patio as we kick off spring as we host Blake King, Chef and Founder of ToriSumi Yakitori.

Yakitori in Japan is a street food, typically chicken, grilled on a stick using a very high quality charcoal called binchotan. In the last few decades, that street food has been evolving into a specialized culinary tradition being done at very high levels by masters with dozens of years of experience. Chef Blake King, formerly of Roses Luxury and many others, founded ToriSumi Yakitori during the pandemic, and partnered with Toki Underground on a successful weekend patio pop up for the last year. We are honored to have Blake with us, grilling his signature chicken and vegetarian selections to order for this event. L&F owners, Brian and Hilarey Leonard have curated a drink pairing list to compliment the menu. Ticket price includes 5 skewers and two drink pairings of your choice.

Drink Pairings: (Choose two selections at the event): Von Trapp Helles Lager, 3 Floyd’s Zombie Dust, Diamondback Green Machine IPA, RAR Groove City Hefeweizen, Denizen’s Georgia Avenue Peach Sour, Paul Direder Rosé (South Africa), Lora Sauvignon Blanc/Verdejo (Spain).

This is a 21+ event liminted to 30 guests. Proof of full COVID vaccination is required.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
