Wanted to share and ask for help on who to make a complaint to. Was leaving to head to work this morning when I found DC Parking putting a boot on my car as well as several others. Thinking they made a mistake because my tickets were being contested, they informed me that they had the correct plate number.
When I went in the dmv website to check it seems there was no record other than an option to pay for the tickets as well as the boot fee. Several other neighbors reported similar situations about not being notified that ticket determinations had been made. Paid the ticket immediately while they were chatting with neighbors on my street just minutes after receiving the boot, however, have now been waiting 3 hours for them to come remove it!”
