“Enchant This: A Photography Exhibition/ March 12 – April 3, 2022”

From a press release:

Enchant This is a photography exhibition that brings the state of New Mexico to the nation’s capital.  The only thing more beautiful than the stunning landscape of New Mexico is its magical culture.  This exhibition is an intimate portrait of the southwestern state, told by two amazing New Mexico-based photographers,

Nathaniel Tetsuro Paolinelli and Gabriela Campos.

New Mexico is prominently brown from its earth to its people, whether they’re American Indian, Mexican, Spanish descendants or coming from the Caribbean.  With a camera as their choice of weapon, Nathaniel and Gabriela transport you to the Land of Enchantment, through special moments told through their lens.

This body of raw images places us in the passenger seat of a hydraulic lowrider, on the back of a temperamental bull at the rodeo and in the thick of the unique and awesome weirdness that is the New Mexico State Fair as we get our face decorated for Día De Los Muertos.
