Can we do something with this? The guy lives at 12th and M NW. Constantly yells out of his apt through his megaphone and is a horrible neighbor. Cops don’t do anything. Local officials said they can’t either.
It’s been happening regularly since at least last October. Happens at all hours of the day, including at midnight on Christmas Eve. There was a meeting with local officials about a month ago and they said any process of affecting the man could take up to a year. Just trying to help out my neighbors through other avenues since the official ones don’t seem to be working!”
