A new liquor license placard for Ocean Lounge on H Street, NE says:
“Applicant requests to expand the existing licensed premises to include the first and second floors in addition to the basement.
This request adds an additional 60 seats with standing room for 80 on the first floor, and an additional 60 seats with standing room for 35 on the second floor. Total Occupancy Load of the licensed premises will thus increase from 75 to 310.”
