I live in Navy Yard, and found an envelope in my mail from Veterans Affairs addressed to someone in Wisconsin (photo attached). I just dropped it back in the outgoing mail slot (it was prepaid postage), but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced such egregiously misdelivered mail?”
