“OFF-DUTY OFFICER’S SUV STOLEN DURING HOP-IN, SERVICE GUN INSIDE/ MANHUNT— Thief jumped in while the silver 2018 Equinox sat in Capitol Hill area. He rammed police car at 500 Fl Ave NW. He drove to 1300 V St NW where he abandoned the SUV on foot. GUN IS MISSING.”
“Update: Thief is in custody, but the Sig Sauer 9 m.m. handgun is still missing.”
