“Wanted to share that Capital One Arena changed their bag policy this year”

“Dear PoPville,

Wanted to share that Capital One Arena changed their bag policy this year and hadn’t seen it posted/talked about anywhere. Their new rules are super strict for bag/purse size and I saw several women including me and my friends who had to pay for a locker to stash it in. We even googled it before going to check, but the top hit is from 2019 and apparently that rule is outdated. Below is the new rule,

which I found after going to the actual Capital One Arena website which doesn’t even come up on the first page of google. Hope you can help others not make the same mistake as people start going to more events there!

No Bags

Capital One Arena has implemented a strict no bag policy. Bags, backpacks and purses will not be permitted inside the Arena. Wallet-size clutches no larger than 5″ x 7″, medical bags and parenting bags no larger than 14″x 14″x 6″ will be permitted and subject to security screening.

If you are bringing a medical or parenting bag, please use the entrance on the corner of 6th and F Street”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
