“Honeymoon Chicken is the newest fried chicken brand from Salis Holdings’ Steve Salis and Executive Chef Rob Sonderman. A premium take on traditional fried chicken, Sonderman’s version is seasoned in a blend of spices, fried to golden perfection and dipped in a hot honey glaze, bringing “funky and fancy” fried chicken to the DC dining scene.”
