“Driving Dangerously – exciting new “HOV” lane on Irving St NW”

Came up behind a couple of drivers headed westbound in the protected bike lane on Irving Street this afternoon (around 2pm). They seemed to get a little panicked after nearly hitting one cyclist headed east,
so they decided to speed up and almost took another oncoming cyclist before exiting the bike lane onto Hobart Place NW. Not sure of their speed but they outpaced me pretty easily, so presumably 20+ MPH.”
