We dug this up while planting a tree. At first I thought it was an old pipe but it’s extremely heavy, has a little rope tied to the top, and is sort of pointed.
Any idea what it is or who to call if it is something dangerous? Or otherwise interesting? We’re up in 16th St. Heights.”
