–THE UNIT–

1 bed PLUS den / 1 bath / 742 sq ft not including private outdoor terrace overlooking Capitol Hill

Full bedroom: Large main bedroom with floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors. Fits king-size bed AND has walk-in closet with its own ceiling light.

Den: Right off the living room and with sliding barn door that you can leave open or closed depending on your mood. The den faces the windows in the kitchen and living room. It is great for guest bedroom or office space — currently fits large desk, desk chair, AND sectional couch! There is an extra closet with sliding doors for off-season clothes, shoes, and more.

Kitchen: Subway tile, GE appliances, plenty of storage and large island for extra counter space and storage. Building can remove island if you prefer.
