“The District’s reported data for August 31, 2021 includes 139 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 55,570.

The District reported that one additional resident lost her life due to COVID-19.

• 34-year-old female

Tragically, 1,161 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.

Below is a summary of the District’s current ReOpening Metrics.”
