From a press release:

“A progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner, Chef Edward Lee, brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH Prime is the next evolution of the culinary hit, Succotash, which debuted in 2015 in National Harbor and 2017 in Penn Quarter. Prime celebrates the long-awaited reopening, while calling out the highly anticipated additions that take the traditional Succotash to the next level.

Menu Description – What is new:

Chef Edward Lee is maintaining the classic Succotash favorites like the Nashville Hot Fried Oysters and Dirty Fried Chicken, but enhancing the menu by combining the classics with a Southern steak house selection with an Asian twist. Premiere proteins will make their way on the menu featuring smoked steaks ranging from petite filet mignon to bone-in smoked beef short rib and 42 oz Tomahawks. The addition of smoked steaks creates a unique and immensely flavorful meat option that enhances the flavor and keeps the meat exceptionally juicy. New lighter selections include a wider variety of fish and vegetarian options such as Kung Pow Salmon, Grilled Eggplant Steak and Vegetarian Burgers.

Tasked with repurposing Washington, DC’s historic Equitable Bank Building and transforming it into an upscale restaurant, //3877 and KNEAD Hospitality + Design teamed up to deliver an elegant, traditionally-inspired culinary and design destination in the heart of DC in 2017.
Originally built in 1911, the Equitable Bank Building is one of only fifteen buildings in the District with both a landmarked interior and exterior. The team worked to refresh the interior and exterior of the building, bringing its original design elements back to life. Greeting guests with opulence and grandeur, the main dining room is defined by its soaring 50′ vaulted glass atrium and its carefully considered detail work.

The newly reopened SUCCOTASH Prime boasts the same grandeur with design updates, including enhanced greenery, updated finishes, and hand painted murals.

Finding a gift for moms can be difficult. Google “Mother’s Day gifts,” and you’ll scroll through endless lists of beauty products, candles and fuzzy robes. Sure, those are sweet, but sometimes it’s fun to surprise loved ones with something a little more, well, practical!

Here’s one idea: Give her a gift certificate for a home cleaning from Well-Paid Maids. It’s the perfect “thank you,” “I love you” or “you’ve got this” for any mom. She can schedule the home cleaning at her convenience and breathe easy knowing she has one less thing to do.

Our cleaners will take care of everything, including vacuuming and mopping as well as cleaning and dusting countertops, tables, mirrors, appliances and more. Sinks, toilets, showers and appliance exteriors also get a good scrub.
