I have a question about the car sharing service Free to Move. (The one-way car share company — similar to Car2Go). Are you allowed to use one to drive from DC to northern Virginia? (Assuming I follow all parking rules correctly and stay inside the “home zone.”) I have used it only a handful of times within DC and they’re great. However, I’ve been nervous to use one to cross into Nova and then get there and have an issue ending the trip. I called their customer service line to ask, but the answer I got was a bit vague, so I just wanted to confirm if others have done this and if it’s OK.”
