Just wanted to share what happened to me tonight (Thursday.) I was on Florida Ave and decided to walk home around 8pm. While I was on Rhode Island Ave near the gas station that has the Dunkin attached to it and waiting to cross the street, a man approached me and spit in my face.
He looked at me and said “yeah I spit in your f*cking face”. Someone nearby scared the man off. Of course I didn’t call anyone because I was in total shock. I wanted to share with your readers so they’re aware. He is a black male, slender, long hair, glasses, and had his shirt off (it was thrown over his shoulder).”
