“On April 2, 2021, 18 year veteran United States Capitol Police Officer William Evans (Billy) paid the ultimate sacrifice while working his regular post outside the United States Capitol.

Billy was a loyal friend, loving son and brother, and above all, a beloved Dad. Billy’s two young children, Logan and Abigail, were his entire world.

From light saber duels, to countless arts and crafts together, to working their way through stacks of board games, to recently finishing the Harry Potter series, Billy’s entire world revolved around his children. Whatever they were doing, when they were together, they were bringing light to each other’s lives To Logan and Abigail, Billy has long been, and always will be, their #1 hero.

All proceeds from this campaign will be put into a trust in Logan and Abigail’s name and will be used for their health, maintenance, comfort, support, and education in the coming months and years.
