Update: Missed connection married :(
“Dear PoPville,
I was walking down Q Street between 15th and 16th St NW last night around 6:45pm (February 4) and a cute guy walked by with his golden retriever puppy. We chatted about the dog for a minute or two; he said she was three and a half months old and apologized when she tried to pull my scarf off. I wish I’d asked for the guy’s name but didn’t get the chance – here’s hoping he sees this and remembers the girl who stopped to say hi to him and his dog!
