“there is bacon in that stuffing”

From Bub and Pop’s:

“DC’s favorite sandwich shop, Bub and Pop’s has a delicious savory Thanksgiving treat for right now.

The great news is it can also be pre-ordered for your Thanksgiving Dinner. Chef Jonathan Taub has created the Stuffin Muffin – A Traditional Thanksgiving Stuffing Bread Pudding Muffin Style – Stuffed with cranberry sauce (of course he made the cranberry sauce too) and served with a 3 ounce side of gravy for dipping – there is bacon in that stuffing – $5 plus tax.

1815 M Street, NW

Pre-Orders are available now by the ½ dozen or full dozen. While it does come with a 3 ounce serving of Chef’s very own from scratch gravy, you can also order a full quart to compliment your dinner; the full quart is $24 plus tax.

Call us at 202-457-1111 to pre-order for now or for pick-up on Wednesday, November 25. If you need your order ready before November 25, please tell us when you call.”

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
