Looks like Dreamland Smoke Boutique opened a couple weeks ago “Sun-Thurs 12-9, Fri&Sat 12pm-12am”.

Dunkin Donuts opened here in 2011 and closed at the end of 2018.

I think this was a former psychic space for a minute.
