“continuing to harass people with debt collection calls during the pandemic.”

“Dear PoPville,

GW Hospital has been continuing to harass people with debt collection calls during the pandemic. Additionally, the business center is either unwilling or unable to help. A call can take hours to get through. If you call at a busy time the line will only stay active a little over an hour and then disconnect. This forces you to restart the queue. If you can get through and ask questions that they are unable to answer they will hang up forcing you to start all over. I have been in contact with the attorney generals office

and they ignore any questions about the robo calls and offer to be a liaison to resolve the debt rather than holding them accountable for violating a consumer law meant to protect consumers during a pandemic. Reaching out to you because despite my persistence that my compliant has been about the harassing calls received they refuse to focus on that and make it about my inability to reach the office for resolution.”
