From an email:

Hatoba – the 3rd Sapporo-style ramen shop/4th restaurant from the talented team behind the Daikaya Group – Daikaya, Haikan, Bantam King, and Tonari – including dynamic DC-based partners and restaurateurs Daisuke Utagawa, Executive Chef Katsuya Fukushima, and Yama Jewayni – has announced the launch of their new Yakisoba Kits, available to the public beginning, Tuesday, April 21st, 2020 – all day/lunch and dinner.

The new Yakisoba Kits will be available for contact-less delivery and via online ordering for pickup/takeout featuring a selection of options including Shio, Shoyu, and Miso. Detailed step-by-step cooking instructions will also be printed and included with each Yakisoba Kit.

In addition to the new Yakisoba Kits, diners can continue to place orders for Hatoba’s signature Sapporo-style ramen selections including their Red Miso Clam, Spicy Red Miso, Yuzu Shio, Garlic Shoyu, vegan-friendly Tomato Curry, and Hiyashi Chuka, in addition to an assortment of kozara – Japanese-inspired small bites, and canned beverages.
